Location: Sizewell B
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + Benefits Package
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday – 08:00–16:30
Friday – 08:00–14:00
Dalkia is looking for a dedicated Industrial Supervisor to join our team at Sizewell B. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic industrial environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading a team of 30, including FLT Drivers, Industrial Operatives, Gardeners, and Chargehands
- Conducting risk assessments (RAMS)
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Overseeing industrial cleaning tasks across the site, including pumps, tanks, pressure washing, and general site cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing teams in an industrial or similar setting
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards
- Confident stakeholder management
- Industrial cleaning experience
- Ability to write clear, comprehensive risk assessments
