At Dalkia, we combine technical expertise with a passion for innovation to deliver exceptional engineering solutions. We’re looking for a proactive and multi-skilled Multi-Tech Engineer to join our team at Sizewell B on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on role in coordinating and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple disciplines — including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil engineering.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance, safety, and quality while collaborating closely with subcontractors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and building systems work across domestic and commercial environments.
  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise PPM and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring schedules, standards, and budgets are met.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring safe and efficient site operations.
  • Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Conduct regular site audits and spot checks to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of key facilities, including the training centre, visitor centre, and administrative buildings.

About You

You are a practical, safety-conscious, and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your technical versatility and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders will be vital to your success.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar multi-discipline maintenance or facilities role (domestic and commercial).
  • Strong background in managing subcontractors and enforcing H&S standards.
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety compliance and management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong organisational skills.
  • Relevant background in technical services or facilities management.
