Dalkia expands in the South West

Dalkia’s engineering team has made three senior appointments to drive growth in the South West – at a time of significant investment in infrastructure projects.

Justin Backwell joins as Regional Director; Phil Anstee as Pre-Construction Director; and Laura-Beth Massey-Caines as Business Development Manager. Matt Roberts also joins the team as Commercial Manager – having most recently led an operational division within Dalkia.

The team bring over 80 years’ combined experience of the construction and M & E sectors within the region. They will be working to strengthen their client relationships, and build new ones, delivering with Dalkia’s renowned quality and safety focus. Dalkia are no strangers to the South West, and are expanding into new markets, with support from offices in Bristol and Cardiff, following their success at Hinkley Point C.

Justin has more than 30 years’ experience in construction, working as an electrical engineer, through to project manager, contracts manager and divisional director

Phil Anstee has more than 22 years’ experience including roles as an estimator, contracts manager, design manager and pre-construction manager.

Laura-Beth Massey-Caines has nine years’ experience in business development within the construction industry and is well-known for her positive, people-first approach to networking and collaboration.

Matt Roberts, Commercial Manager, has more than 20 years’ experience within Dalkia – starting as trainee Quantity Surveyor through to Building Service Director.
