Dalkia has recently completed a contract with Morrison Construction Ltd. to deliver full mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works to Sacred Heart Primary School for hub South West on behalf of South Ayrshire Council.

As part of the contract, Dalkia were responsible for delivering full MEP package to Sacred Heart Primary School. The package included state of the art renewable energy heating and ventilation, photovoltaics solar system, LED lighting, sprinkler system and full fire & security package to protect the building and its occupants.
Built over two storeys, the seven-classroom building can accommodate up to 125 students. The semi open-plan design includes interactive learning areas, a nurture room, a general-purpose room, and a multi-use dining and hall.
As we have a longstanding working relationship with Morrison Construction Ltd, it is our pleasure once more to utilise our collective MEP skills to ensure and deliver a functional and efficient infrastructure for Sacred Heart Primary School. Having successfully completed service level agreement projects at Killearn Primary School, Dunoon Primary School & Dreghorn Barracks in the past 3 years, we enjoyed delivering on this project within the six-month timeline.
