Each year, our mobile engineering team completes approximately 5,300 hours of planned maintenance and responds to around 850 reactive calls. Beyond routine servicing, we offer full design, installation, and commissioning for air conditioning upgrades, mechanical and electrical systems and building service enhancements. We work collaboratively with Facilities Managers and tenants to develop cost-effective, carbon-efficient solutions that support optimal working environments.
Our services ensure that building systems, plant and machinery remain fully operational and compliant, contributing to the safety, efficiency and sustainability of Avison Young’s properties. These include mechanical and electrical maintenance, plumbing and Legionella control, energy management strategies, building fabric upkeep and 24/7/365 helpdesk support.
We also integrate thermal imaging into our planned and reactive maintenance processes, significantly improving fault detection speed and accuracy.
