Responsible for the engineering, management and technical compliance of the projects assigned you by the Project Manager. Materials Controller – HPC
Hinkley Point C is the UK’s first new build nuclear power station in a generation that is critical to the UK NetZero targets. All roles on the project require key behaviours which support the Zero Harm objective, a questioning attitude, and drive to uphold the standards of safety and quality required by this prestigious project. A committed strong work ethic is essential at all levels. All candidates are expected to demonstrate their knowledge and experience where possible directly related to the criteria required for the role. It is acknowledged that previous Nuclear based experience will not always be possible, as such supporting with project research and how individual skills may be transferable will be important.

In the HR Advisor role, you will report into a regional HR Business Partner and form part of a wider HR team, located across the country. Together with the HRBP, you will lead on change activities and support with business critical and value add activities. Specifically within the region, you will educate our managers on best practice and employment legislation. You will utilise your influencing skills to deliver a high standard of advice and guidance. You will manage and report on casework, identifying trends to the management team and delivering training to upskill where required. You will be the gatekeeper of company policy and procedures, boasting a keen eye for accuracy and compliance. Your innovative and solutions focussed thinking, will help you when leading and supporting on multiple projects.
