INEOS at Grangemouth were rolling out their approach to consolidate existing and disjointed office space into a single modern HQ campus for staff with enhanced well-being facilities.
This was the second building in the phase, the new building being designed as a ‘twin sister’ to the award-winning original, utilising the same palette of finishes and materials, whilst being connected on all floors via a glazed link.
Dalkia was engaged to deliver the mechanical and electrical installation on the new building. Working closely with the main contractor Bowmer + Kirkland, the MEP designer and our client INEOS, the team ensured that the mechanical and electrical services were procured, installed and completed to budget, meeting the planned build programme.
The project was completed within the required timescale with only a slight extension due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. To keep the project progressing at pace, we enabled a fast track programme to ensure the project would run to budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
