The charitable initiative involved Dalkia volunteers from Kirklees, Merseyside, and Manchester, who helped deliver over £2,000 worth of toys and 1,500 food parcels to children and vulnerable people in the area.
Urban Outreach is a pioneering charity that seeks innovative solutions to complex social problems. The charity delivers commissioned and grant-funded work in four main areas: offender support, health and homelessness, children and families, as well as food and cold weather support.
We have encouraged this initiative for the past five years, and our staff are always enthusiastic, giving, and supportive throughout the whole experience. It’s gratifying to know that our efforts can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most, and we are proud to support Urban Outreach in the important work they do.

Dalkia volunteers were eager to help, arriving at the charity’s main warehouse in Bolton, where they loaded food packages into vans for distribution. The food items included a variety of essentials such as cereal, poultry, fresh fruits and vegetables, non-alcoholic drinks, and festive treats like Christmas crackers and selection boxes.
