Dalkia UK is proud to announce the award of a three-year facilities management partnership with global technology leader Fujitsu. Starting on the 1st December, they will deliver Mechanical & Electrical maintenance, Building Fabric services and innovative energy solutions across five state-of-the-art Data Centres and 15 corporate offices across the UK and Ireland.
This three-year contract followed an eight-month competitive tender, where Dalkia UK stood out for its commitment to excellence, collaborative style and reliability. The client’s panel delivered a unanimous decision, praising the quality and professionalism demonstrated throughout the process.
For the first time, Fujitsu’s UK Data Centres and Corporate Offices will be united under a single agreement, enabling standardisation, enhancing performance and unlocking efficiencies across the entire portfolio.
Looking ahead, Dalkia UK will leverage its internal expertise and the strength of being part of the EDF Group to collaborate closely with its parent company and Fujitsu’s energy provider, to deliver on their bid promises. This partnership is the start of a journey that will combine knowledge and shared values to deliver strong outcomes for Fujitsu and its customers.
Ian Thomas, Director of Operations, Dalkia UK said: “This is an exciting start to a strong partnership between Dalkia UK and Fujitsu. By delivering a combined FM approach to both Data Centres & Corporate buildings, we’re committed to supporting Fujitsu’s strategic goals. With a shared sustainability vision, we’re excited to get started and make a lasting impact together.”
Dave Hawkins, Head of Engineering, Fujitsu UK Properties said: “Our interactions during the selection process made it clear how committed Dalkia UK are to making the world more sustainable and building trust through innovation. We are delighted to share a mutual vision for forging a genuine, long-term partnership.”
