Dalkia wins FM Contract for 10 Schools with Liverpool City Council

Dalkia, the independent European leader in multi-technical services in the areas of energy and communications, has been awarded a contract by Liverpool City Council for Hard Facilities Management across ten schools in the City.

In July 2023, the Imtech group company rebranded to Dalkia.

The facilities management contract is Dalkia’s ninth from a public sector organisation in the past twelve months and covers the maintenance of building fabric, building services, hard landscaping and pest control services. Awarded after a rigorous competitive tender, the work complements the services that Dalkia currently provides to sixteen schools on behalf of Liverpool City Council.
