Delivering Fire, Security and Data Excellence to Scotland’s Premier Surf Resort

It’s one year since the successful opening of The Lost Shore, a luxury surf resort that delivers an unparalleled experience for surf enthusiasts and luxury travellers alike. We are proud to have played a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, security and connectivity of this stunning destination working in collaboration with Arc-Tech (Scotland).

Located in Edinburgh, The Lost Shore offers a blend of world-class surfing conditions and luxurious accommodations. Our team was entrusted with the comprehensive installation of all fire, security, and data systems across the entire resort.

Our advanced fire detection systems were designed to provide rapid response and protection throughout the resort. From the lodges to the hub buildings, every corner of the resort is equipped with the latest fire safety technology, ensuring the highest standards of safety for all guests and staff. The site wide system comprises of 11 Fire Alarm panels networked via fibre optic cabling and approximately 300 fire alarm devices.

In addition to fire safety, we implemented a robust security infrastructure to safeguard the resort. Our state-of-the-art surveillance system comprises of 47 cameras throughout and our Intruder Alarm Systems are seamlessly integrated to provide comprehensive security coverage.

We installed 96,000 metres of Cat6A & fibre optic throughout the resort, ensuring that guests have access to reliable internet and communication services. Whether for business or leisure, our data installations are supporting the connectivity needs throughout the full resort.
