Head of Finance

We’re hiring a Head of Finance to lead a high-performing finance function and play a central role in driving business performance and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to the Managing Director and partnering closely with the Group CFO, this is a senior leadership role with full accountability for financial control, reporting, planning, and cash management. You’ll combine technical expertise with commercial insight to influence outcomes and support sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing a team of six, setting clear direction and driving high performance
• Owning month-end and delivering accurate, insightful management reporting and KPIs
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in a fast-paced environment
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and support key decisions
• Ensuring strong financial control, governance, and statutory compliance
  Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
• Leading audit and external relationships
• Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and reporting

What we’re looking for:

A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong financial control background and proven leadership experience. You’ll be commercially astute, confident influencing senior stakeholders, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
