Industrial Operative – Hinkley Point B
Location: Hinkley Point B
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Competitive salary + benefits package
Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:00–15:30
• Friday: 07:00–12:30

Dalkia is seeking a dedicated Industrial Operative to join our team at Hinkley Point B. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment, where no two days are the same.

What you’ll deliver:

• Carry out a variety of industrial tasks, including manual labour, industrial cleaning, equipment operation, confined space work, fire watch duties, sump pumping, and general site support (e.g. grass cutting and driving).
• Provide assistance to skilled trade teams with operational support tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and complete tasks efficiently under the supervision of a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Operate equipment in line with company and manufacturer standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in an industrial or similar environment (preferred but not essential).
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and complete relevant training.
• Good awareness and understanding of health and safety practices.
