What you’ll do

  • Liaise proactively with internal teams, clients and suppliers to support smooth project delivery.
  • Influence planning outcomes through strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Support continuous improvement, best practice development and lessons learned across projects.
  • Strengthen planning capability within project teams and contribute to operational excellence.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience in operational planning within construction, M&E or building services.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret programmes, data and operational requirements.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery challenges.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.

  • Calm, organised and detail‑focused, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Competence in MS Project, Asta Powerproject or similar planning software.
  • HNC/HND or degree in Construction or Building Services Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience working on site or within project operations (desirable).
  • A proactive, growth‑minded approach with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
