Resource Scheduler

With a focus on operational technology and digital transformation, Capula, part of the Dalkia Group, has been a leader in advanced system integration for decades; optimising efficiency & delivering performance on a massive scale. But with continuous innovation at the heart of our business, we’ve always got our sights set on the future. We work in some of the most highly regulated and challenging industrial environments, and have delivered critical projects across energy, water, renewables and manufacturing.

At Capula, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity is celebrated in all its forms. We actively encourage applications from individuals of minority backgrounds, underrepresented groups, and those with disabilities. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their unique perspectives.

Are you ambitious, energetic, and ready to make an impact? This is your chance to kick-start a career in planning and scheduling within the fast-paced world of energy. At Capula, we don’t just deliver projects—we shape the future of sustainable power. If you have a can-do attitude, thrive on solving challenges, and know how to bring people together, we want to hear from you!

Summary of Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Scheduler to join our Energy team. This role is perfect for someone with a can-do attitude, who loves solving problems and bringing people together to achieve success.

  • Monitor project progress and resource availability, identify risks, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to keep everyone on track.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to align competing interests and help people to find compromise solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to always find a way  – being comfortable interpreting project plans and resource calendars, finding out information yourself, making many decisions based on your own judgement, while also making persuasively argued recommendations & seeking wider agreement where necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in planning or scheduling role within a technology or engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
