Scheduler
There’s a permanent opportunity for you here as a Scheduler to join our team based out of one of our data centres in Hayes, West London
The Role
- Organise, Manage & Control the attendance of the Subcontractors on the two Data Centres (Powergate Business Park & Hayes)
- General Administrative Duties involving the CAFM and Finance Systems
- Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
- Scheduling and managing subcontractor visits
- Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
- Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets, are completed by the front-line teams
- Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to contract, and coordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
- Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm, 40 hours per week

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience in a planning, scheduling, coordination, or administrative role within facilities management, engineering, or a technical environment (data centre experience desirable).
- Experience managing or coordinating subcontractor attendance, including arranging permits, access, security requirements, and monitoring on-site activity.
- Practical experience working with change control processes, planned maintenance scheduling, or risk-managed workflows within a critical or regulated environment.
- Experience using CAFM/CMMS systems for work order creation, scheduling, reporting, and contractor management.
- Experience working in or supporting teams in 24/7 operational environments, where timely communication and accurate documentation are essential.
- Experience compiling reports, updating trackers, and maintaining structured documentation for audits or compliance purposes.
- Exposure to a data centre, telecoms, industrial, or other mission-critical engineering environment (advantageous).
