Utilising our technical expertise and practical insights, our team worked in close partnership with all stakeholders to coordinate the programme and refine specifications. This collaborative approach ensured that the MEP systems were delivered in full compliance with the Scottish Hospital Technical Memorandum, standards typically applied to large, government-funded hospitals.
The project presented unique challenges, including the integration of modern systems within a Grade II listed building, meticulous logistical planning to minimise disruption to residents and the delivery of cost-effective solutions in a capital build funded entirely through public donations.
To maintain quality and control throughout the project, the team employed cutting-edge digital tools that streamlined communication, enhanced documentation management and ensured full compliance at every stage.
