EveryOne networks are a lively space dedicated to nurturing diversity and fostering inclusivity in our workplace and making sure every perspective is heard and valued. These networks help us support awareness days and campaigns such as International Women or Men’s Day, National Inclusion Week, Pride etc, as well as our own Wellbeing and Diversity week.
They support us in driving change, shaping policies and creating an employee voice that promotes equality and celebrates diversity. Our people’s input helps drive a more inclusive workplace culture for all. They are managed by employees who are passionate about the topic of ED&I and wanted to create a dedicated space for these specific topics.
