At Dalkia UK, we’re committed to fostering a culture where our people feel supported—professionally and personally. Our network of over 160 Mental Health First Aiders connects colleagues to trusted services like Mind and Samaritans. Campfire, our mental health employee-led forum, offers a safe space for open, judgement-free conversations. We also provide 24/7 access to counselling, financial advice, and wellbeing support through our confidential Employee Assistance Programme.

Our ED&I strategy is about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. Through our EveryOne networks, employees help shape policy, drive change, build connections and awareness whilst promoting equity, diversity and inclusion. Our Allyship Programme equips colleagues to actively support inclusion, helping build a high-performing and welcoming environment for all.

Learning & Development
We invest in our people’s growth through MyAcademy, a central hub for training and e-learning. Our RISE Programme supports women in unlocking their potential through shared experiences and practical development. Across the UK, our apprenticeships offer hands-on experience, qualifications, and career pathways. In 2025, we launched the Dalkia Academy to nurture early career talent and shape the future of our workforce.
