Dalkia Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Engineer to join our Technical Team and support our Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital project. You’ll be part of a vibrant technical community committed to technical excellence, continuous improvement, and smarter delivery.

Who we are looking for

  • Relevant qualifications such as HNC, HND, relevant degree or honours degree, NVQ, national certificate or diploma, or an equivalent level of qualification
  • Demonstrable experience in digital engineering and the use of relevant software packages, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for coordinating and managing BIM models
  • Experience in similar roles involving collaboration across multidisciplinary teams using Revit
  • Sector experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare, Commercial, Education, MOD/MOJ, or Leisure environments.
  • Experience working on projects with a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) value between £5 million and £50 million.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale projects in a similar digital/BIM role.
  • Professional registration or active progress toward it with a recognised institution such as CIBSE, IET, IMechE, or a similar engineering body (Member, Incorporated, or Chartered status desirable).

What you’ll be doing

  • Implement Dalkia’s ISO 19650 processes on projects.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external resources to deliver projects, including budget and time management to achieve agreed deliverables.
  • Be accountable for the management and reporting of change control impacting Digital Engineers on projects.
  • Responsible for the coordination of building services within the model.
  • Lead the coordination, management, and integration of CDP designs into the model.
