Information Manager / Document Controller

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Information Manager to be based at our Birmingham office, supporting the delivery of the Chesterfield Custody Suite and Stoke CDC projects.

You will play a key role in ensuring effective digital information management across the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will bring strong experience working with Common Data Environments (CDEs), a solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards, and a clear grasp of best practices in information management within a project-focused environment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • HNC, NVQ, national certificate/diploma, or equivalent in relevant subject.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of digital information management and project delivery and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CDE systems (e.g., ASite, Viewpoint & ACC)
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 standards and structured data management
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage projects in line with ISO 19650 and internal CDE standards.
  • Deliver core Information Management tasks across one or more projects.
  • Support and train project teams on Dalkia’s CDE processes.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Produce reports and KPIs for Project Lead and Information Management Lead and other leaders.
  • Handle day-to-day project queries and ensure project information is current and compliant.
  • Assist with project administration where required.
