From the outset we collaboratively worked with the client to fully understand and meet their requirements for the project. Critical to the project’s success was our relationship with the main contractor and our early programming and re-engineering works which help to identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions, such as the elimination of steel saving both cost and time providing more efficiency in installing our services.
The project was successfully delivered on time, on budget and with no defects. Through early engagement we were able to reduce working at height by 1,200 hours. We were also able to modify the cabling methodology, increasing safety by design.
The use of the Dalkia Way was received extremely positively by the client and demonstrated clear benefits during the project including reducing the amount of waste generated and an increase in productivity. It also led to very open and honest communication between all stakeholders.
The team received multiple client safety and quality Awards throughout the project.
