Dalkia provides active fire protection systems and reactive maintenance services for Riverside Group’s properties across the Liverpool region. This strategic partnership spans approximately 850 domestic and non-domestic buildings, each with unique fire safety requirements.
The scope covers all fire protection assets including fire alarms and detection, firefighting equipment, fire suppression, fire hoses, dry risers, wet risers, dampers, AOVs and emergency lighting.
Our team work closely with Riverside to identify operational and service delivery challenges, enabling us to implement a tailored maintenance strategy aligned with compliance standards and resident safety priorities.
A dedicated team of engineers manages all maintenance and reactive tasks within fully operational and occupied buildings. They ensure a rapid response to any fire system faults or failures and are supported by specialist subcontractors, as required.
