Designed by Ennismore, the Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is the fourth ‘open house style’ hotel in the UK for the brand. When complete it will have 237 bedrooms of various sizes, including a new affordable ‘hideout’ category; a central bar and open lobby; a restaurant, terrace and courtyard; retail space; and ‘the Apartment’ meeting and events space. Local art and design collaborations throughout the hotel will celebrate the area’s creative neighbours.
The Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council granted planning permission to demolish the 1950s Threshold & Union House and develop the site into a new hotel under the Hoxton brand.
