Dalkia win new Parliamentary Projects Framework Agreement with the UK Parliament

Dalkia has been successfully selected as a UK Parliament Framework provider for the recently awarded Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Fabric Safety (MEPFS) Main Contractor Framework Agreement.

In July 2023, the Imtech group company rebranded to Dalkia.

Lot 1 (Mechanical Electrical & Public Health – MEP), Dalkia are one of three contractors that will have the opportunity to participate in mini-tenders to deliver small, medium and large-scale projects including major refurbishment of mechanical and electrical systems, and to build on a proven track record across the Parliamentary Estate.

Joint working will enable us to respond to challenges associated with keeping our critical infrastructure operational on the Estate, whilst undertaking essential maintenance works on a live and occupied site with minimal disruption, as well as protecting our heritage buildings.

This appointment complements Dalkia’s delivery and 20 years of knowledge through its technical FM services to the Houses of Parliament and Palace of Westminster and supports the Estates objective of building long term strategic relationships with fewer contractors.

Noel Clancy, Dalkia’s Managing Director commented: “We are extremely proud to be expanding our relationship with the UK Parliament team which stretches back over 20 years. During the competitive bid process we were able to evidence our understanding of the unique complexities associated with this challenging projects programme. We are looking forward to strengthening our partnership through this framework and exploring where our wider group expertise can help bring an innovative approach to the MEPFS programme.

Dominic Forbes, MEPFS Programme Director, UK Parliament commented “Dalkia were appointed to the framework following a rigorous tender process. We hope to establish collaborative partnerships with our framework contractors to deliver the objectives of the new framework.
