HR Administrator
Dalkia Engineering has a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our talented HR Shared Services team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people function, helping to shape the employee experience and ensure the smooth running of HR processes across the business. What you’ll be doing:
- Update the HR system with salary changes, promotions, leavers, and joiners and issues relevant paperwork
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with data protection requirements.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox ensuring timely responses.
- Support payroll and benefits administration. Complete payroll sheets.
- Respond to internal HR-related queries and requests.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
- Conduct pre-employment Right to Work in the UK checks via Experian.
- Previous experience using iTrent, Experian, and DocuSign (desirable).
- Assist with various HR projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role. (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues.
