As an Information Manager you will be part of the Information Management department, forming part of the wider technical community driving technical excellence in Dalkia Engineering Ltd; underpinning our mission to become the UK’s number one technical solutions provider.
The technical community supports Dalkia UK Engineering and Dalkia UK Group businesses across all sectors and parts of a project life cycle, providing a wealth of development and role opportunities.
This role will see you collaboratively managing stakeholder relationships internally, such as bid teams, commercial teams, and operational teams along with external stakeholder relationships such as clients, consultant partners, supply chain and manufacturers.

You will be following corporate governance and process and uphold the behaviours and values expected within Dalkia Engineering.

As an Information Manager, you will work on a project or projects to deliver Information Management deliverables and management of the Dalkia Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.
You will be delivering the day-to-day project deliverables, management of the CDE, interaction with the project team and client/main contractor, and general project queries. You will be responsible for your time management to support the team to deliver.

Main responsibilities and key outcomes
1. Ensuring projects are set-up, managed and delivered in accordance with Dalkia’s ISO 19650 processes.
2. Responsible for delivering Information Management duties and deliverables on a project or projects.
3. Support and deliver Dalkia CDE training to projects.
4. Responsible for project reporting and KPI’s to the Senior or Information Management Lead.
5. Interacting with external stakeholders and managing any interface between the main contractors/clients CDE
and Dalkia’s CDE.
6. Supporting project administration tasks where required

Desired qualifications and experience:
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as A level, national certificate or diploma or an equal level of
qualification an equal level of qualification.
Professional Registration: N/A
Experience: Demonstrable experience in information management practices and processes.
