Role Characteristics:

Hinkley Point C is the UK’s first new build nuclear power station in a generation that is critical to the UK NetZero targets.

Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Quality Lead, this is a key role that supports Dalkia delivering project requirements with a focus on project information management, and, ensuring project records are maintained with full traceability and control throughout the life cycle of the project and life of the facility.

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Work with the Project and Contract Managers, ensuring the Works Information (WI) has suitable and sufficient content within, pertaining to the collation of Handover Documentation
  • Manage the end-to-end process for Long-Term Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards and client requirements.
  • Liaise with project teams, quality managers, suppliers, and clients to gather, verify, and compile documentation for LTQR packages.
  • Produce and manage the associated LTQR checklists upon approval of partitioning strategy and ITPs, identifying required inputs for the review by various stakeholders
  • Ensure records are stored securely and are readily retrievable for audits, inspections, and reviews.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure LTQR compliance with applicable regulations and contract terms.
  • Provide training and guidance to project and quality teams on LTQR requirements and best practices.
  • Support quality and project completion teams in preparing handover documentation and final quality dossiers.
  • Manage Records Support Officer’s workload and development
  • Organising briefings, meetings, presentations and providing guidance and familiarisation of those requirements, to better prepare Dalkia to deliver the correct documentation in the Project Life Cycle.

 

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience on EDMS automation systems and control of LTQR records.
  • Excellent IT skills and experience in applying electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata schemas
  • Major Project Experience

 

Additional Qualifications/ Experience:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as information management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience within the Nuclear sector
  • Ability to organise and structure a diverse workload
  • CQI or equivalent membership
