Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Dalkia Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading all commercial aspects of our projects. This includes cost control, change management, risk management, and cost value reconciliations. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in delivering complex MEP projects, ranging from research laboratories to major hospitals, MOD projects, exhibition centres, and commercial offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial aspects of groundbreaking projects. Your expertise will guide procurement, cost control, change management, risk management, and cost-value reconciliations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and dedicated project leads and report to our regional commercial manager.
  • Empower a talented team, including junior Quantity Surveyors, leveraging your strong negotiation and communication skills.

What You Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-grad experience with a major MEP contractor is preferred. However, we welcome diverse experiences.
  • Proven track record leading major MEP schemes £10m+.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Nav is preferable.
