As a key member of the estimating function, the Estimator will assist in the preparation of accurate tenders to secure future work at the right market value. The Estimator will have the ability to work accurately, have great attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience within the construction industry is essential.

As a Quantity Surveyor, reporting to and supported by a Regional Commercial Manager you will be working within one of our regional delivery teams as part of a wider commercial team to manage and control the commercial, financial, and contractual elements of designated project(s). The Quantity Surveyors objectives will be to maximise project profitability, minimise project risk, and ensure contractual obligations are met.

The training, learning and development function supports the operations and functional teams in the Engineering business to ensure that we have appropriately skilled, trained and developed people delivering on our people first values and being the business trusted partner in all things developmental. Project activities are governed by the Engineering HR Plan and the direction of Dalkia Group with whom we work closely.

As Training, Development and Labour and Administrator you are accountable for our weekly paid staff that operate on various working rule agreements and training and development of our colleagues. This role is to provide effective Administrative support of operative labour, and Training and Development to support the work of multiple projects.
