End User Support Engineer
The End User Support Engineer is to provide onsite and remote support to the office and the end users situated onsite.  To take ownership of the office itself and do office walkthroughs at least twice a day, keep control of the new and returned hardware estate.  Setting up new accounts, providing hardware and arranging access to internal/3rd party systems and documenting and mapping out support services for the business. Be available to attend Dalkia sites in the Midlands or further afield when required.

IT Service Desk Technician
Working closely with the wider IT team, you will provide technical support, solve complex user problems and answer queries relating to laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, office software, email and IM/voice/video communications etc. As the Service Desk technician, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills and will be able to effectively manage their time to deliver on competing priorities.  Excellent customer service skills are a must in this role.  This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate to progress their career in IT support. We have positions available in: Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.

QSHE Administrator – Maternity cover 12 months
As an QSHE (Safety, Health and Environmental) Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Dalkia UK with the effective and efficient utilisation of data across the QSHE team and wider organisation, including data gathering, processing, reporting and analytics to identify trends, reduce risks, and improve overall QSHE performance.     Your role will also involve collaborating with various QSHE teams to ensure data accuracy, preparing Power point presentations, and contributing to the development of strategic safety initiatives.
