As our IT End User Support Engineer, you will provide dedicated on-site user support to a new and growing sector for Dalkia UK.  Helping the business mobilise on a new exciting rapidly growing team supporting the construction and maintenance of new generation of nuclear power stations in the UK. The aim of this role is to support the expansion and onboarding of new employees/contractors supporting the site.   Setting up new accounts, providing hardware and arranging access to internal/3rd party systems and documenting and mapping out support services for this critical business. As the Head of HR for Dalkia Energy Services, you will be part of a team delivering an exceptional, distinctive and consistent people experience, which creates an environment where our people can thrive and do their best work. The Head of HR will report into the Managing Director and although not a member of the Board, will support the Energy Services Board on all people matters, helping it to continually improve our employee experience. We are looking for an experienced HR specialist to support our business in solving complex organisational challenges through people-based solutions and allow us to maintain our unique culture as we grow the business. You will be an integral part of the team, so you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business and act as a leader regarding People and Organisational topics. You will lead a team of three reports and also partner with other cross-functional groups of subject-matter experts in recruitment, compensation, learning and development and HR operations to support and execute the people strategy. Finally, you will be coaching leaders through an exciting time of growth for Dalkia Energy Services, hence your ability to establish your personal and functional credibility and to build strong working relationships acting as a trusted advisor will be key.

As our IT Administrator you will demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills to provide administrative support to the Group IT Team at Dalkia UK including financial / accounting / invoicing reconciliation and management of issues, producing reporting and metrics, arranging meetings and helping with ad hoc administrative duties as required. You will be required to manage your time to deliver on competing priorities.
