The National Automotive Innovation Centre (NAIC) resides in the grounds of Warwick University within a state-of-the-art, purpose built building that is home to more than 1,000 designers, engineers and researchers.
The nature of the innovative work carried out includes a range of research into future vehicle and mobility solutions including the manufacturing process, lower emission engines, the use of sustained materials, production of electric cars and research into totally autonomous cars.
Funded by a partnership between JLR and TATA, the facility is the largest of its kind in Europe and provides significant contribution towards continued R&D and academic excellence.
